You use a primer for your face makeup right? So why not use one for your eyes. I only recently discovered just how important an eyeshadow primer is. I used to always apply concealer on my eyes to make sure eyeshadow stayed on, but I realized I couldn't have been more wrong once I actually used this eyeshadow primer.
