It comes in these little jars and is applied using a brush.
Why do I love it? This eyeliner does not budge! It will stay on until you wash it off.
While it can give you the dramatic look of a liquid eyeliner, it is much easier to apply in my opinion. You can do waterline, tightline, winged eye... I could go on!
The brush I use- Bobbi Brown ULTRA FINE Eye Liner Brush
HOWEVER, when I had my makeup done this past weekend for my friend's wedding, the makeup artist used Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Eyeliner instead of Mac or Bobbi Brown b/c she said it doesn't dry as fast once you get it on the brush. And, dare I say, it was just as good as the Mac I use. Even after crying like 3 times throughout the wedding ceremony, the eyeliner (which was on my waterline of my lower lid) did not move!

Next time, I may purchase this Maybelline EyeStudio liner to try out... but this could be awhile b/c the Bobbi Brown jars last me forever, and it isn't something I mind splurging on!
