


I add this to my green juice and smoothies... in my Magic Bullet (click here to see my post on this) and just CREATE! I'm not big on sticking to the same recipe every time. I'll just throw in whatever fruits/veggies I'm feeling at the moment... and pray it tastes ok!! (it usually does)
FYI- it is UNSWEETENED. No, it does not taste great alone... not bad, just not as sweet as strawberries or blueberries for example. However, it blends right in with your other juice recipes and packs a TON of antioxidants and other healthy goodness for you!
